Kanab residents will see construction winding down as South Central Communications (SCC) completes the final phase of it’s fiber-to-the-home construction project.

With Kanab’s construction coming to an end, residents no longer may order “conduit only” as an option. Going forward fiber will now be connected from the street to your home in one efficient step, followed by an installation inside your home.

Providing this network to Kanab and Fredonia is quite an undertaking. Countless man hours, many dedicated staff, and in-depth logistics have made it possible for both communities to enjoy this state-of-the-art network at an affordable price.

Kanab residents may still take advantage of considerable savings by signing up for the fiber network before 3/31/17. After that, residents must pay $300 for SCC crews and trucks to remobilize back to your home and connect you to the new fiber network. So, get it now and get it free before this opportunity is gone.

Fredonia residents are just now starting to see mainline crews laying fiber along their streets. Both existing and new customers will save the $300 installation fee by signing up now before drop crews complete their phases of the project. You may call SCC today to find out when your street is scheduled for construction.

During the recent Kanab Balloons and Tunes Festival, pilot Tim Taylor from the Salt Lake City area was amazed that communities the size of Kanab and Fredonia have the fiber optic network capability – “Unbelievable, we don’t have this kind of hi -speed internet in our community back home” said Taylor.

“We are so excited to provide you with this new network. You’re going to love the speed and ability to utilize multiple devices without interruption. Most importantly, we really want to save you the $300 installation fee, so please sign up now before construction is finished in your area” stated SCC’s Public Relations Coordinator, Ebbi Hafen.

To sign up now and save your $300 or check current construction schedules in your area, please call SCC at 888-826-4211.
