Online Bill Pay Is Available

You now have access to SmartHub, our online billing system. If you wish to re-establish automatic payments, make a payment or view bills online, please read on. There is even a SmartHub App for tablets and smartphones. Search for "SmartHub App" and look for this symbol:


Helpful Reminder

SmartHub will send you a monthly email reminder that your bill is ready. You don't have to risk missed or late payments again.


Payment Security

We take great care to comply with all payment card industry compliance laws, which protect your credit card information. With SmartHub, you can set up your online account with all your payment information on our secure site.


SmartHub Account Setup

  1. To set up your secure SmartHub access, click on the "My Account" tab on www.socen.com.
  2. Then, choose the "Login to E-Bill" option.
  3. Click on the "New User? Sign up to access our Self Service Site" link.
  4. You will need to enter your SCC account - along with your last name and email address to start the registration process.
  5. Next, you will need to validate your account by entering the most recent billed amount and mailing zip code. **There are other options for validation but those may not be stored in our billing system, so the most recent billed amount and mailing zip code are the best options.**
  6. Then, follow the prompts to establish answers for two security questions.
  7. Once registration is complete, an e-mail will be sent with a temporary password required for the first login. You will be asked to change the password upon initial login.

After that, it's easy to view and pay bills securely online, 24/7.


Auto Pay Setup

Once registered, you can go to the Billing and Payments menu and select the Auto Pay Program. Follow the prompts to establish your automatic payments. You will select bank account or debit/ credit card to save for the auto pay system. Once a payment method is stored it will list it under the Auto Pay Program tab. You can add more than one payment method for Auto Pay - just make sure the one selected is the one you want the funds to be pulled from.
